2012 Texas 4-H Volunteer Conference

Save the Date!

The second annual 4-H Volunteer Conference is set for July 27-29, 2012 in San Antonio. Whether you have been a volunteer for one, 12 or 20 years, the conference offers something for everyone! The conference will kick-off the evening of Friday, July 27th with a dinner and general session, with a variety of educational workshops offered all day Saturday and Sunday morning.

Request for Workshop Proposals

The Volunteer Conference Committee invites volunteers, County Extension Agents and Specialists to submit a proposal to present a workshop. Share with other volunteers the success you have had with your 4-H club, project group or community service projects. Any topic will work!

The deadline to submit workshop proposals is February 15th. To submit go to the volunteer conference website.

Registration Scholarships

The Texas 4-H Foundation will, once again, sponsor scholarships for volunteers to attend the conference. The scholarships will cover half of the conference registration fee (to be determined). An online application will be made available soon!
